You can return a software within 15 days from the date of purchase. The software should be in the state you received it. It should not be opened or damaged in any manner. The software should also not have been installed. If you have installed it then we must confirm about an uninstall. Your return or refund will only be granted if the software has not been damaged or installed even after requesting return.
All the products will have an assigned sage support phone number of days in which you can return them. It is usually 15 days but be sure to check before placing the order. After the refund or return period we won’t be able to help you so make sure to make a request within this period. Also, the return period starts from the date you placed the order. The product should be packed or unused when requesting return. A damage to the product will revoke your refund or return request.
If any product or service has damage at the time of delivery then it will be our responsibility to replace the product or service or even provide a refund. Any damage for which we are not responsible will void the warranty of return and refund.
Many a times your payment is not processed correctly. In those cases we will refund your payment back into your bank account. All you need to do is be patient and contact us. You can find our contact information in our contact us page. You can even send us an email with your order number and contact details and reason for return or refund.
Once you have requested a return or refund it will take a few days for your request to be processed. If any of the above mentioned conditions are not violated then your return or refund request is approved and you will be contacted via mail and be informed about how long the whole process will take.
